Andrei Arshavin, a target of English Premier League side Arsenal, is in London on Monday. With the transfer window set to shut at 1700 GMT, the Zenit St Petersburg player was reported to have flown in by private jet to circumvent any possible flight cancellations caused by the heaviest snow in southern England for almost 20 years.
