With so many leagues coming to their ends and so many wonderful moments to share, here is a late post on Leonardo Jardim and his success with AS Monaco this season.
The Principality club won the French Ligue 1 title for the first time in 17 years after beating St Etienne and Monaco players were in celebratory mood on the big night.
They even decided to surprise their manager and crash his press conference.
