According to reports coming from Yahoo Sport Finance, newly-crowned French champions AS Monaco have made a formal offer for Manchester City youngster Taylor Richards.
Highly-rated 16-year-old midfielder has had an outstanding season for the Blues youth side during which he bagged 28 goals and alarmed the likes of French champions.
The Principality club have offered €500,000 for Taylor Richards as they are looking to expand their pool of youngsters currently plying trade at Monaco.
Renowned talent-spotters boasts gems like Kylian Mbappe, Thomas Lemar or Tiemoue Bakayoko, players who have been turning plenty of big heads with his dazzling displays this season and Leonardo Jardim is keen to add another great talent to his squad.
Taylor Richards is a U-17 English international who plays as an attacking midfielder.
Manchester City are yet to respond to an offer from AS Monaco, who are extremely keen on landing the in-demand youngster.
