AS Roma defender Chris Smalling won’t rule out playing for England again (Video)

Former Manchester United defender Chris Smalling, now of course playing for AS Roma and former United boss Jose Mourinho, accepts that England boss Gareth Southgate isn’t counting on him at the moment, but he won’t close the door in playing for his country again.
