Italian giants AS Roma are weighing up summer bid for Bordeaux winger Malcom, Sport Mediaset has quoted French media as saying.
The Giallorossi are expected to seriously reinforce their ranks during the summer transfer window and the Brazilian starlet appears to be one of their targets.
The 20-year-old snubbed interest from Borussia Dortmund to join Bordeaux in January 2016, having showed a great deal of potential after coming through the youth ranks at Corinthians.
Malcom needed some time to adapt to European football, but he nailed down a regular starting berth at the start of the current season and went on to score 6 goals in 32 league appearances.
The youngster’s excellent performances clearly did not go unnoticed and he could soon be subject of a big money offer from AS Roma.
Bordeaux have done really well this season, climbing to fifth in the overall standings, and they will attempt to ward off challenge from star-studded Marseille side in the final five matches.
