Il Corriere dello Sport is reporting that AS Roma are weighing up a move for Bayer Leverkusen stopper Aleksandar Dragovic.
The Giallorossi plan to recruit another central defender before the summer window closes and the Austria international has emerged as their top target.
Dragovic didn’t quite manage to impress at Bayer Leverkusen, making just 19 Bundesliga appearances last season and there is a chance die Werkself would consider his sale.
AS Roma are also looking at Man City defender Eliaquim Mangala, who has permission to leave the club this summer.
Both players are likely to command a sizeable fee, although the Giallorossi have money to spend after cashing in on Antonio Rudiger.
