Paulo Assuncao has not let nostalgia play a part in his assessment of Atletico Madrid’s Champions League tie as he stated that they have a much squad than his former club, Porto.
“We have a great team, a lot better than Porto, and if we concentrate we will go through,” he told Radio Marca. “We have excellent players throughout the squad.”
“Javier Aguirre is a good coach and I am pleased that he is here,” he added.
