Aston Villa and Newcastle among several clubs looking at Liverpool striker Rhian Brewster

Aston Villa and Newcastle United are among the clubs interested in signing Rhian Brewster from Premier League rivals Liverpool in the summer transfer window, according to BBC Sport.

Brighton and Hove Albion, Burnley, Crystal Palace and Fulham are also interested in the 20-year-old striker, and so are Bournemouth, Norwich City and Watford, who were all relegated to the Championship at the end of the 2019-20 campaign.

All the aforementioned clubs are reported to be interested in signing Brewster on a season-long loan deal this summer. The 20-year-old is training with the Liverpool first team in Austria at the moment, having returned to the Reds from a loan spell at Swansea City in the Championship.

The England Under-21 international striker joined the Swans on loan from Liverpool in the January transfer window and helped the Welsh club to the Championship playoffs. The youngster scored 11 goals in the league for Swansea.
