There’s been plenty of talk about the way Aston Villa goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez behaved during the celebrations following Argentina’s World Cup triumph. Asked about the subject in his press conference, Villa boss Unai Emery said he would speak to the 30-year-old when he returns to the club.

Meanwhile, the French Football Federation has sent an official complaint to their Argentinian counterparts relating to Martinez’s unsportsmanlike antics and abuse aimed at Kylian Mbappe.
