Aston Villa are considering a move for West Bromwich Albion midfielder Jake Livermore, according to the Mail Online.
The Baggies are facing a summer exodus with their relegation to the Championship all but confirmed while Villa are well in the mix to replace them in the top flight.
Livermore is one of a number of players set to leave the Hawthorns with Salomon Rondon, Gareth Barry, Jonny Evans and Jay Rodriguez also linked with moves away.
Despite West Brom’s tough season, the former Tottenham Hotspur and Hull City man is hopeful of being included in England’s squad for this summer’s World Cup finals in Russia having been involved in the squad for the recent friendlies against Italy and the Netherlands.
Since signing in January 2017, the twenty-eight year old has played forty-eight times for the Midlands club in all competitions while six of his seven England caps have come in that time.
