Aston Villa want to sign Kieran Tierney from Arsenal

Aston Villa are interested in signing Kieran Tierney from Premier League rivals Arsenal in the summer transfer window, according to TEAMtalk. Tierney is on loan at Real Sociedad at the moment and is scheduled to return to his parent club Arsenal at the end of the season. The Gunners are willing to cash in on the 26-year-old Scotland international left-back for £25 million.

Villa manager Unai Emery is reportedly keen on signing a new left-back in the summer transfer window. The former Arsenal boss wants competition for Lucas Digne and Alex Moreno, and Tierney is seen as the ideal candidate. The Scottish left-back has made 11 starts and four substitute appearances in La Liga for Sociedad this season, providing two assists in the process.
