Atalanta are doing well in Serie A this season and in their last Chpions League game they managed to get a 1-1 draw against Manchester City. Now, they want to keep improving and for that, they will need to keep the crux of their current squad.
One of those players is Mario Pasalic. The player is on loan in Bergamo from Chelsea, but Atalanta want to make that deal a full-time move. According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Serie A club want to get the 24-year-old Croatian become their player after good performances this season and the player himself is eager to make such move as well.
He has been frustrated by being sent out on six different loan moves while on the books at Stamford Bridge and Atalanta just might be the club for him. This deal would ideally happen at the end of the current season, once Pasalic’s loan ends.
