Levante goalkeeper Keilor Navas has been the subject of serious interest from Atletico Madrid and Sevilla, according to Superdeporte.
The Costa Rican has finally managed to nail down a regular starting berth following the summer departure of Gustavo Munua, and he didn’t need a lot of time to impress the visiting scouts.
Navas’ impressive displays this season did not go unnoticed, with Superdeporte reporting that Atletico Madrid and Sevilla are casting admiring glances his way.
Los Colchoneros look set to stay without Thibaut Courtois at the end of the season and they believe the Costa Rica international would be a good replacement for the Belgian.
Keilor Navas, 26, has a contract until June 2015 at Estadio Ciudad de Valencia and a €10 million release clause in his deal.
The highly rated goalkeeper has helped Costa Rica qualify for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, starting 14 of 16 qualifying matches.
