Ricky Alvarez, 26, has shown a great deal of potential since joining the Nerazzurri from Velez Sarsfield, but his inconsistency has often proved to be a major issue.
He now looks set to complete a late move to Atletico Madrid in a deal that should ultimately prove very satisfying for all the parties concerned.
