Atletico Madrid continue Lacazette push

According to a recent report from Marca, Atletico Madrid are set to continue their push to sign Arsenal forward Alexandre Lacazette.

The Frenchman is at the heart of a real pursuit from Atletico, and it doesn’t seem as if they’re going to give up. They’re willing to offer one of three players in exchange for getting their man, but the real question is whether or not Mikel Arteta wants to let him go.

Lacazette is a strong forward for the Gunners but he isn’t their main man, because as we know, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is at the heart of what Arteta is trying to achieve at the Emirates.

He’s gone through great runs of form and he’s gone through bad ones, but right now, his future is anyone’s guess. With very little time to go until the new season begins, though, Atletico could easily run out of time before they get the chance to secure the deal.
