The 20-year-old defender Lyanco Vjnovic is attracting plenty of interest from Europe’s top clubs.
Serie A giants Juventus have approached Sao Paulo during the winter transfer market looking to wrap up a deal for the player who holds both Serbian and Brazilian citizenship and who has emerged as one of the hottest properties in world football.
The Old Lady have submitted an official inquiry for the talented centre-back, looking to add another young gem to their ranks. Bianconeri have already purchased Riccardio Orsolini and Mattia Caldara during January and Lyanco has also been identified as another future investment for the Italian champions.
President of Sao Paulo, Augusto Barros Silva, has revealed that La Liga side Atletico Madrid have also joined the chase for Lyanco.
“Atletico Madrid have also made an offer and we are ready to deal with both clubs shortly”, Sao Paulo commented as per Gazzetta dello Sport.
Lyanco has so far made 20 league appearances for Sao Paulo, adding one goal in the process.
