Despite their ongoing transfer ban which prevents them from registering new players until January 2018, La Liga giants Atletico Madrid have been busy this summer working on future sales.
Having already agreed terms with Vitolo who bought himself out of the contract with Sevilla to become a Rojoiblancos player after a six-month loan spell at Las Palmas, Diego Simeone’s side looks set to be bolstered by Chelsea striker Diego Costa in January.
And the latest reports coming from the Polish daily Przeglad Sportowy suggest that the Paris Saint-Germain defensive midfielder Grzegorz Krychowiak could be set for a move to Vicente Calderon as well.
The 27-year-old Poland international does not feature in Unai Emery’s plans for next season. Grzegorz Krychowiak has been left out of the PSG squad that travels to pre-season tour to the United States which comes as a direct message to former Sevilla star.
Inter Milan and Galatasaray have reportedly set their sights on the Polish international, but Atletico Madrid are believed to have already opened talks and presented the French giants with an €18 million offer.
