Atletico Madrid are planning a summer bid for Malaga midfielder Xavi Torres, according to AS.

According to AS, Atletico Madrid have shown interest in former Barcelona midfielder Xavi Torres, with a view of making an official offer in the summer.
The player is currently on loan from Malaga at Levante and is enjoying a great season with los Granotas.
Atletico chiefs watched the 25-year-old score his second league goal against Real Betis on Monday and they spoke to Levante officials and the player’s representatives, who were also present in the VIP box.
Levante have the option to buy the player’s contract for a fee of €300,000 in the summer, but they could decide to exercise the option only to sell him for a higher fee to Atletico Madrid.
