Italian daily Il Corriere dello Sport is reporting that Inter are planning a summer move on Saint Etienne striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Neroazzurri boss Andrea Stramaccioni is expected to shake up his attacking options in the summer transfer window and he is determined to add the Gabon international to his ranks.
That could prove to be a very difficult task since Inter are not in a position to match the player’s €15 million asking price, but they are not yet ready to give up.
The Neroazzurri plan to offer €4 million cash and include several youngsters in the deal to make up for the difference.
Daniel Bessa, currently on loan at Vicenza, and Alen Stevanovic, co-owned by Torino, could be the players to move in the opposite direction.
It remains to be seen whether les Verts would be interested in such a deal given that top European clubs are lining up for Aubameyang at the moment.
