With another weekend of excitement ahead, teams from across the football leagues will be looking to get their campaigns off to an impressive start. To help boost your Saturday accumulator, we here at Soccer News have found a handful of interesting tips:

Saturday 25th August

15:00 BST Arsenal vs West Ham

Two sides who are still in search of their first point of the new season, Gunners boss Unai Emery must think this is a golden chance to kick-start Arsenal’s season. Coming off the back of a dramatic 3-2 loss to Chelsea last weekend, the former PSG boss will know he must improve on his sides recent defensive issues if they’re to make a push for the top four. While Aubameyang, Iwobi, and Mkhitaryan may have missed a string of golden opportunities, it will be rare to see them be so wasteful against a West Ham side also struggling in their own half. With Manuel Pellegrini’s side shipping four against Liverpool on the opening weekend, The Hammers also threw away a 1-0 halftime lead against Bournemouth last weekend meaning they’re still without a point this year. Although forward Marko Arnautovic has opened his account for the new season and we do predict they will get chances against a weakened Arsneal defence, it is hard to see the Hammers coming away with anything here.

Tip: Home win and both teams to score @ 6/4

15:00 Swansea vs Bristol City

Although they haven’t been as thrilling under new boss Graham Potter as they would have hoped, Swansea have proven to be a resilient side and one incredibly hard to beat. Coming off the back of picking up a very impressive 2-2 draw against a high-flying Leeds side in midweek, The Swans are unbeaten in their four Championship matches this season so far and one man to thank will be striker and Scotland international Oliver McBurnie. Impressing while on loan at Barnsley last season, the 22-year-old scored a brace last time out and now has three in his past four. As for Lee Johnson’s Bristol City side, although The Robbins are coming off the back of a 3-0 win over a drastically struggling QPR side, they have struggled at the start of the new year. Losing both last years top scorer Bobby Reid and captain Adien Flint during the summer, City have now recorded just one clean sheet in their last 12 matches in all competitions and a trip to the Liberty could be another very tricky test.

Tip: Oliver McBurnie to score anytime @ 6/4

15:00 QPR vs Wigan

Well, it appears that things can’t be going any worse for Steve McClaren’s new QPR side. While the signs may have looked promising under the former England manager during their pre-season, The Hoops have been drastically short of form entering the new campaign. Losing all four of their opening games, QPR are the only team in the Championship yet to pick up a single point. Coming off the back of a 3-0 hammering at home to fellow strugglers Bristol City, Saturday’s hosts also were on the wrong end of an embarrassing 7-1 win against West Brom. Already shipping 11 goals, many are already feeling that McClaren’s time is limited. Sadly for QPR fans, it seems they could be in for another difficult afternoon this weekend. After being promoted from League One as champions last season, the mood around the DW Stadium could not be any higher. After beating pre-season favorites Stoke 3-0 last time out, Wigan have now scored five in their last two. One man to watch will be midfielder Nick Powell, the former Manchester United man already has three for the season.

Tip: Away win @ 5/4
