Stoke City manager Tony Pulis has confirmed that the deal to sign Jamaican winger Rudolph Austin has fallen through.
Austin had been denied a work permit.
Pulis, accompanied by director of football at Stoke City John Rudge, attended the hearing.
Tony Pulis expressed both his and the clubÂ’s disappointment at the outcome.
