The London Evening Standard is reporting that Tottenham Hotspur are ready to let Andre Villas Boas splash the cash in the January transfer window if he continues his form at White Hart Lane.
Spurs have now won four English Premier League matches in a row and it looks as though the Portuguese boss’ new look squad is really starting to take shape.
Should these results continue and the North London side look like mounting a good challenge to finish in the top four, then Daniel Levy is prepared to allow Villas-Boas a decent amount of transfer funds.
Rumours are already starting to grow about who could be heading to the Lane, with Christian Eriksen being a much talk about target. The playmaker is currently an influential figure for Ajax but could be open to a move to England.
Other names include AZ Alkmaar’s Adam Maher and Brazilian striker Willian, a player who Spurs were interested in during the summer window.
Much is sure to depend on Tottenham’s form between now and January, but if it continues how it is, then there are sure to be a number of new faces coming in.
