FC Porto are set to complete the transfer of Spanish striker Ayoze Perez from Tenerife, according to Record.
The Portuguese giants have been in the process of negotiations with the player’s employers for a couple of months and they finally appear close to wrapping up the deal.
Record has suggested that the two sides have agreed on the transfer fee, with only details regarding the percentage of future sale left to be sorted.
Ayoze Perez has caught the eye of quite a few of Europe’s top clubs with some impressive displays in Spain’s second division, but Porto were the quickest to react and they look set to win the chase for his signature.
The 20-year-old footballer has been in excellent form this season, scoring 12 goals in 26 league appearances for Tenerife.
His potential employers Porto will be in action tomorrow when they host Belenenses, with the Dragons 1/6 favourites at the moment.
