Stuttgart coach Markus Babbel has urged the team to convince Jens Lehmann to stay by proving the club are moving upwards.
Lehmann joined Stuttgart last summer on a one-year contract from Arsenal and the Bundesliga side are keen to discuss an extension. However, reports suggest that the veteran goalkeeper wants to see evidence that the club are capable of challenging for honours, with Stuttgart currently 10th in the table.
