According to a recent report from Sky Sports News, Ryan Babel is in discussions over the possibility of returning to Turkey in order to join Galatasaray. Babel’s short term deal with Premier League side Fulham, who have seen their relegation from the top flight be confirmed in recent weeks, is set to end once the season concludes. He is now free to speak with clubs regarding where he is going to end up, as he prepares to move on from what has been a mixed run at Craven Cottage.
Babel joined Fulham from Besiktas during the January transfer window, but as been able to prevent them from slipping through the trap door. Babel is perhaps best known for his time with Liverpool, but he did manage to have a few bright moments with the Cottagers.
The 32 year old spent two years with Besiktas before moving to Fulham, and has also had spells with the likes of Ajax and Hoffenheim.
