Ryan Babel is set to leave Fulham this summer, according to NBC Sports.
The late rise in form of the Cottagers which saw them beat Everton at home and Bournemouth away has obviously done nothing to change the fact that the club have been relegated from the Premier League; it has been a mathematical certainty for a few weeks now.
As he aims to make the Netherlands squad for the upcoming European Championship next year, the 32-year-old forward will look to leave Fulham in search of top flight football in order to continue imposing himself on the thoughts of Ronald Koeman.
Babel has already accumulated over 50 caps for his country and scored eight goals, and he’s determined not to stop now. Fulham is the eighth club he has represented in his illustrious career, having had spells with Ajax (2), Liverpool, Hoffenheim, Kasimpasa, Al-Ain, Deportivo La Coruna and Besiktas, before arriving to Craven Cottage this January.
