Bacca unlikely to join PSG in January

French media outlet L’Equipe claims that the chances of Paris Saint-Germain landing long-term target Carlos Bacca this winter are very slim.

It is no secret that Unai Emery wants to get reunited with the Colombian striker at Parc des Princes, as he hopes to increase competition for places in attack.

And while AC Milan were ready to cash in on their star player in the summer, they are unlikely to entertain offers for his services midway through the season.

This basically means that PSG will have to look elsewhere if they want to sign a new striker in January, or wait until the season comes to an end before making their assault.

Carlos Bacca has been in excellent form at the start of the new season, bagging 5 goals in 6 Serie A outings, but he does not appear to be too happy at San Siro given club’s failure to challenge for major honours.
