Le 10 Sport claims that Swansea striker Bafetimbi Gomis has emerged as a top target for fallen giants Marseille.
The Frenchman will probably be allowed to leave Liberty Stadium in the summer transfer window and he has received several very good offers.
Clubs from China and UAE are prepared to offer him lucrative deals, while West Ham appear to be keen as well.
However, the latest reports suggest that Gomis prefers a move to Marseille, who see him as a natural successor to Michy Batshuayi.
Having enjoyed successful spells with Saint Etienne and Lyon, scoring 10 or more goals in eight straight league campaigns, the 30-year-old appears determined to return to French Ligue 1.
And even though Marseille are not in a position to match some of the proposals Gomis has received this summer, the powerful forward seems ready to accept a pay cut in order to return to France.
