Bafetimbi Gomis is enjoying a fine scoring run in the Saudi Arabian league, having already banged 17 goals in 24 appearances for Al-Hilal.
Former Swansea, Marseille and Galatasaray striker joined Al-Hilal last summer but some people have yet to be fully familiar with him, and especially with his trademark lion crawl/roar celebration.
The 33-year-old forward scored a goal in his team’s 2-0 win over Al-Ittihad on Thursday and went on to celebrate like he always does but ended up scaring away a ball boy who was truly petrified by “an animal” coming towards him.
Later on, Gomis went over to apologise to the lad and gave him his shirt. Only then did we see the boy smile.
