According to reports in Italy, Leon Bailey hasn’t ruled out the possibility of leaving Bayer Leverkusen in the future. The 21 year old, who made the move from Genk last year, signed a new contract with Leverkusen back in the summer. Despite this, there’s still a chance that he could look elsewhere for a new opportunity, which is hardly surprising given the name value associated with the teams that are interested in him.
Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool all want to bring him over to the Premier League, but there’s also heavy interest from Italian club Roma. They view Bailey as someone that can replace Malcom who made the switch to Barcelona, and on top of that, they want to try and build their attack around his style of play.
Leverkusen fans should likely prepare themselves for the worst, given how young he is and just how good he is across the pitch.
