Bale hints at future move abroad

Tottenham star Gareth Bale has revealed he is open to the possibility of playing abroad one day.

The Welsh midfielder says he is happy at Tottenham, but cannot rule out a future move abroad.

“I’m happy at Tottenham and do not want to leave yet. But it would never scare me to go abroad,” Bale was quoted as saying in The Sun.

“I left home in Wales to join Southampton when I was 15. I won’t be frightened to have a go abroad if that opportunity ever came up.

“I’m enjoying my time at Tottenham. And I’m enjoying playing week in, week out.

“But if ever something came up in future I wouldn’t be frightened of taking that opportunity.”

The 22-year-old was recently linked with a move to Inter, with the Neroazzurri likely to return for Bale one day in the future.
