Bale interested in Real Madrid return

According to a recent report from AS, Gareth Bale would like to make his return to Real Madrid one day for one final season at the Bernabeu.

The belief is that this will happen after his loan move to Tottenham Hotspur comes to an end, with some wondering whether or not Spurs even have the finances necessary to make the deal a permanent one.

Bale hasn’t quite hit the ground running in North London just yet but he’s certainly had his moments, and many believe that when he’s at full fitness, he can be one of the biggest threats in the league alongside Son Heung-min and Harry Kane.

Zinedine Zidane quite clearly had a strained relationship with Bale when the Welshman was at the club, and the biggest question will be focused on whether or not Bale would be open to the idea of working with Zidane again in that capacity.
