Bale´s agent talks up PSG

Tottenham Hotspur star Gareth Bale would fit in well at Paris Saint-Germain, according to his agent.

The Wales international has established himself as one of the most-sought after players in Europe, with a host of clubs understood to be monitoring the 22-year-old.

However, is Bale believed to be valued by Spurs at close to 60 million euros.

And PSG, backed by the wealthy Qatar Sports Group, are one of the few clubs who can afford to spend such a fee on the player.

Carlo Ancelotti’s side are reportedly looking to strengthen all areas of their team in the off season, and Bale’s representative believes his client would be a quality addition to the club.

“Bale is the type of player PSG need,” Jonathan Barnett told Telefoot.

“But he is very happy at Tottenham.”

It is understood Tottenham will have to part with their some of their prized assets, including Bale, if they fail to qualify for the Champions League next season.

Barnett also represents Chelsea fullback Ashley Cole, another player linked with Ligue 1 side PSG.

“I have heard the rumours, but he is very happy at Chelsea,” Barnett said.
