Ballack wants new Chelsea deal

Germany international Michael Ballack admits that he is happy at Chelsea and is hopeful of signing a contract extension.

The 32-year-old’s contract with the Blues is due to expire at the end of the season.

Reports says Chelsea are ready to offer Ballack a new deal that will keep the former Bayern Munich at the club for at least one more season.

“I am happy here, I feel very comfortable and very good,” said Ballack.

“My situation is that we will speak in the next few weeks and I think we will find a way.

“As I said, I am happy here and I hope I can play a few more years here.”
