Ballack: We will try until the very end

Michael Ballack has insisted that Chelsea have not given up on the Premier League title and will fight until the very end of the season.

He told the club’s official website: “It is always important if you win, it gives us confidence for the UEFA Champions League but now we have also qualified for the next round of the cup.

“There’s still the title as long as it is possible. Of course, realistically, United are seven points ahead with one game in hand, so it is not about the other teams, it is about United. We know it is a big gap, but if something happens then we are there. We’ll try until the very end.”
