Balotelli agent in England to finish City deal

(GSM) – The agent of Mario Balotelli has arrived in Egland to hold negotiations with Manchester City.

Sky Italia says Mino Raiola has been spotted in Manchester for talks with City, suggesting the club has reached an agreement with Balotelli’s club, Internazionale.

Club president Massimo Moratti already hinted the young striker’s time at Inter was over, feeding rumours both clubs have reached an agreement over a €35million transfer fee.

“Everyone is right about Balotelli, he is a talent, who in my opinion, has yet to express himself 100 per cent, but this talent, in this moment, doesn’t seem so indispensable,” said Moratti.
