Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli admits that he is closely following French giants Paris Saint-Germain.
The Saints have not only signed a number of high-profile players over the last six months, but they also persuaded former Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti to take over the reigns at Parc des Princes.
Backed by the Qatari owners, Paris Saint-Germain are believed to be one of the richest clubs in Europe and they are slowly becoming a real force to be reckoned with.
The Ligue 1 leaders are interested in bringing more big name players to Paris and Manchester City forward Mario Balotelli admits he keeps track of everything that is happening at Parc des Princes.
“I am following PSG because they have Carlo Ancelotti as coach and Leonardo is there too”, Balotelli told Telefoot, a program on French TF1 television.
“I think that in two or three years, Paris SG will be a big team in world football.”
The Italian forward is not expected to remain at Etihad Stadium for much longer and his agent recently revealed that Balotelli could leave England in the near future.
The 21-year-old has been in very good form this season, having scored 9 goals in 15 Premier League games, but he is currently serving a four-match ban for a stamp on Scott Parker.
