Baptista could join Inter Milan

Roma ace Julio Baptista’s agent has claimed the Brazilian could be interested in a move to Inter Milan.

The 27-year-old has been linked with a move away from Roma this summer.

“Roma have not told me anything [about a transfer],” said Herminio Menendez to Romagiallorossa.com.

“We have not received any offers. I only know that when I talk with the press, they all ask me about Julio Baptista and his departure from Roma. Everyone talks to me about a transfer. A transfer? And to what club?

“Of course, [staying at Roma] is his priority. If Inter were to contact me, we’ll see. If Inter were to talk to me about this situation, we would think about what to do.

“For the moment, there is nothing and we do not have to not talk about anything.”
