Spanish giants Barcelona are keeping close tabs on Borussia M’gladbach stars Fabian Johnson and Andreas Christensen, according to Sport.
The two clubs are set to square off in the Champions League group stage at Borussia-Park tonight, and the two footballers will be under the watchful eye of the Catalans.
Namely, Barcelona technical department has followed full-back Fabian Johnson for several years now, and he is one of the players they are looking at to replace Aleix Vidal.
The United States international can play on either flank in defence or midfield, with this versatility his biggest asset.
Meanwhile, Barcelona are also keeping tabs on Chelsea defender Andreas Christensen, who is on loan at Borussia M’gladbach.
The Danish stopper has done so well since joining die Fohlen on temporary basis that he has already been linked with quite a few top clubs, but it remains to be seen whether the Blues will be ready to negotiate the sale.
