Barcelona youngster Martin Montoya has attacked the club chiefs for trying to use the younger players simply as currency.
The Catalans are thinking about lowering the asking price for Alexis Sanchez and Cesc Fabregas by including their own players in the deals, but it looks as though the players themselves are not happy with the treatment.
Martin Montoya was the first to speak publicly about his discontent at the latest rumours.
“They say the same about Thiago, Bojan. We do not like it,” Montoya told Marca.
“Of course there are other teams that want us, but we despise the idea of being used merely as bargaining chips.
“Many things have been said, I do not know what will happen.”
The young defender was then quizzed about the possibility of joining Luis Enrique at Roma.
“To Luis Enrique I would say that I am sorry, that this club is the team of my dreams, where I want to succeed and reach the top.”
