Daily Star is reporting that Barcelona are showing interest in Swansea goalkeeper Michel Vorm.
It is no secret the Catalans are looking to sign a replacement for Victor Valdes, and they have been linked with a number of high-profile keepers in the past few weeks.
According to Daily Star, Swansea shot-stopper Michel Vorm is one of the names on their hit-list.
The Netherlands international has been in excellent form ever since he joined Swansea from Utrecht and he has caught the eye of England’s top clubs.
Swansea assistant manager Alan Curtis yesterday admitted that Vorm could leave at the end of the current campaign and Barcelona look ready to pounce.
Besides the keeper’s excellent goalkeeping performances, the Catalans are likely to have been impressed by Vorm’s technique, which is a very important aspect for every Barcelona goalkeeper.
The 29-year-old still has a number of good years ahead of him and there is a chance he will be joining a top European club in the summer transfer window.
