Spanish giants Barcelona are determined to complete the signing of Rennes hotshot Ousmane Dembele in the coming months, according to Le 10 Sport.
The Catalans scouts have been mesmerized with the youngster’s performances this season as the winger scored 9 goals in 17 outings during his maiden Ligue 1 campaign, bagging a hat-trick in the 4-1 triumph over Nantes at the weekend.
As a result, Barcelona plan to lure the forward to Camp Nou in the summer transfer window and have already established the initial contact with les Bretons.
The only problem is that Rennes are holding out for €30 million as they are well aware of Dembele’s potential.
Les Bretons’ youth academy is widely believed to be among the best in the world and the winger’s rise to stardom is another proof.
