According to a recent report from AS, Spanish giants Barcelona are open to the idea of offering Paris Saint-Germain £35 million in addition to both Philippe Coutinho and Ousmane Dembele in order to secure the signing of Neymar. The controversial Brazilian forward has been heavily linked with a return to Barca after leaving for France a few years back, with the man himself supposedly informing PSG that he wants to leave. A straight cash deal that is said to be worth close to £200 million is also said to have been proposed, but you’d have to imagine that PSG would see a bit more value in acquiring both Coutinho and Dembele in the deal.
If those rumours do turn out to be true then it’d be foolish, in the eyes of many fans and pundits, for Paris Saint-Germain to not, at the very least, strongly consider the possibility of agreeing to the terms.
