Barcelona welcome Paris Saint-Germain to the Nou Camp in the second leg of tonight’s Champions League last-16 clash, and are favourites to come out on top given their form in recent weeks coupled with home advantage. However, the 4-0 deficit they have to overturn is likely to mean they will still be eliminated but could restore some pride in the process.
Luis Enrique’s Barcelona’s side are coming off the back of four consecutive defeats in all competitions ahead of tonight’s visit of Paris Saint-Germain, scoring 15 goals in the process. The Catalans need to score four without reply in 90 minutes to take the game to extra time, but will require six goals in total if PSG find the back of the net at anytime.
As for the visitors, Paris Saint-Germain are unbeaten since mid-December, boasting 14 wins and three draws from their last 17 games in all competitions. Unai Emery’s side have been flawless on the road too, winning eight consecutive away games ahead of their trip to the Nou Camp. They could lose tonight as the pressure to contain Barcelona will be great, but they should still go through.
