Barcelona agree to sign Hercules youngster

Hercules winger Kiko Femenia is on the verge of joining Barcelona, according to El Mundo Deportivo.

The 20-year-old is expected to sign a three-year deal subject to passing a medical on Friday.

Barcelona have been in talks with Hercules for quite some time and the Catalans have now reached an agreement to sign the youngster for €4 million.

The player has recently revealed that he was close to joining Barcelona, with the transfer now set to become official.

Femenia has come through the youth ranks at Hercules and has amassed over 70 appearances for los Herculanos over the last three seasons.

He is currently part of Spain Under-20 squad and is expected to take part in Under-20 World Cup in Columbia in August.
