One of the biggest transfer deals of the year was discussed during a very recent meeting between Inter’s Massimo Moratti and Barcelona’s Juan Laporta, according to the Swedish paper Aftonbladet. And if the deal becomes reality, Samuel Eto’o and Giovani dos Santos will move to Inter, while Zlatan Ibrahimovic will head to Barcelona.

It was officially announced yesterday that Roberto Mancini is leaving Inter, and the man who most likely will replace him is no other than former Chelsea manager, José Mourinho.

Mourinho, who became the most successful manager in Chelsea’s history, has according to Spanish media already talked about his wish to recruit two players from Barcelona, the Cameroonian striker Eto’o and the brilliant dos Santos from Mexico.

However, the rumor has it that the price for the two players is simply too high for Inter, and that Laporta now has suggested the following deal instead: Eto’o and dos Santos for Ibrahimovic.

This is not the first time Barcelona has shown interest in Ibrahimovic and Moratti has not yet declined the offer, according to Spanish media.

Yesterday, Ibrahimovic’s agent, Mino Raiola, said to Antenna 3 that a deal with Barcelona might be a possibility. But a few hours later he changed his mind, saying that he thought the whole thing was nothing but a joke. “Zlatan’s goal is to win Champions League with Inter”, Raiola said and pointed out that Ibrahimovic doesn’t wish to be sold, according to Aftonbladet.
