Turin-based daily newspaper Tuttosport is reporting that Paul Pogba’s proposed move to Barcelona may be in doubt.
The Catalans are believed to have all but agreed a deal to recruit the French footballer when their transfer ban is lifted in January, but their plans to lure the France star to Camp Nou could soon suffer a major blow.
Namely, it was former AC Milan chief Ariedo Braida who was in charge of the negotiating process with Juventus, but the problem is that he is now looking to quit Barcelona according to the latest reports.
This means that the Catalans would probably have to go back to the negotiating table with the Bianconeri, during which time some other European powerhouses may reignite their interest in the highly rated midfielder.
Paul Pogba, 22, is widely expected to become one of world’s most expensive players when he does decide to leave Juventus for greener pastures.
