According to a recent report from AS, Barcelona are expecting four players to leave the club during the January transfer window.
Under the guidance of Ronald Koeman, it certainly feels as if Barca are going through a big period of change right now. There are, of course, still a few regulars that won’t be going anywhere, but that doesn’t mean everyone is safe from the chopping block.
The four names in question are Samuel Umtiti, Junior Firpo, Matheus Fernandes and Martin Braithwaite, all of whom have had their fair share of struggles at the Nou Camp.
Barca aren’t currently viewed as the powerhouse that they have been in the last few decades, but even with that being the case, they still seem to be pretty optimistic about their ability to bring in top names during the transfer window. Now, it’s just a case of seeing whether or not they can live up to that in January and beyond.
