Barcelona interested in Lacazette

According to a recent report from Mundo Deportivo, Arsenal forward Alexandre Lacazette is a major target for Spanish giants Barcelona after a strong season with the Gunners. He has scored 18 goals up to this point in all competitions, and he currently has the same advisor as Eric Abidal – who is the current technical secretary with the club. It goes without saying that this anecdote would help out massively in any kind of contract negotiations, but the even bigger question is whether or not Barca are serious about bringing him over during the upcoming summer transfer window.

Lacazette seems to have made a real home for himself at the Emirates, and at the Nou Camp, there’s no guarantee whatsoever that he’d get a consistent place in the starting XI. Either way, though, it seems like the Frenchman is going to have some pretty big questions to answer over the course of the next few months.
