Barcelona interested in Martial

According to a recent report from Eurosport, Barcelona could offer Anthony Martial a route out of Manchester United.

Martial will reportedly be allowed to leave Old Trafford on a free if a suitable offer comes in with Barcelona being in the market for a new striker – especially after the departure of Lionel Messi and Antoine Griezmann.

While he may have enjoyed moments of joy during his stint in Manchester, it’s safe to say Anthony Martial has been on the outside looking in for quite some time now. The Frenchman has fallen pretty far down the pecking order and after the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo, it’s hard to picture a scenario in which he works his way back into the starting XI.

If he fails to do so then switching over to the Nou Camp could be a great idea, given that Barcelona are currently in the midst of a rebuilding phase.
